Caitlin D. Oliver, Esq.


A native of Westport, Attorney Oliver attended undergrad at Emmanuel College on a full merit based Presidential Scholarship.  She graduated cum laude in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in English Communications.  A consistent member of the Dean’s List, Attorney Oliver earned membership to multiple honor societies for her fields of study, including Alpha Delta, Psi Chi, and Pi Sigma Alpha.


Attorney Oliver went on to earn the merit based Dean’s Scholarship from Northeastern University School of Law and graduated in 2010.  Northeastern Law School is a unique program that combines the traditional classroom style of legal education with a hands-on Cooperative Education Program.  


Before founding Oliver Law, Attorney Oliver was an associate at a boutique law firm in Fall River, Massachusetts, where she earned a reputation for providing thoughtful and zealous representation on towing and recovery related issues.


Attorney Oliver has years of experience at both the state and federal levels.  She has represented clients in the Massachusetts Superior and Trial Courts, the Family and Probate Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Appellate Division of the District Court.  


As a certified mediator, Attorney Oliver can serve as a neutral third-party to help individuals resolve their civil or family conflicts. Attorney Oliver is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts helping buyers and sellers alike.
